Tape, written by Jorge Rivera and staged as part of Ten for the Loft, a showcase of short plays by new directors. It was Josephine Dorado’s directorial debut in July ’95. In a review in Creative Loafing, Marty Clear had this to say about it:
“By far the best piece in act one is Jorge Rivera’s Tape. It’s hard to describe the play without blowing its surprises, but it’s reminiscent of the surreal, existential dramas of the 1950’s. Flavorful direction by Josephine Dorado and strong acting from Steve McGruder and Sheri Phillabaum.”
